As part of the on going monitoring of client progress, Iso Fit offers all clients the option to take a private (one-on-one) Evaluation session at a reduced fee of $500 after completing at least 20 sessions.

The Evaluation session is in essence an Assessment session for both clients and instructors to gauge client progress after completing the 20 sessions. In the case of studio clients, instructors will use the evaluation session to formulate programme modifications if necessary and group clients will be shown how to improve technique to optimize the training benefit of their group session.

Evaluation sessions are arranged in advance with Hon at the front desk.
