Course Overview:
GYROKINESIS® Applications for Juliu’s Wrapping System is a specialized course rooted in the original work of GYROTONIC® creator Juliu Horvath. This course uses cloth wraps that are tied around the pelvis, torso, arms, or legs to give participants the feeling of openness and freedom while also creating a sense of deep connection and power in the body.
This unique approach offers movement professionals a powerful new tool for exploring the GYROKINESIS® method — one that can deepen both personal practice and the quality of teaching. Guided by one of the world’s most respected GYROKINESIS® educators, participants will explore how the wrapping system transforms the experience of movement from the inside out.
Debra Rose, founder emeritus of San Francisco GYROTONIC®, is one of the first GYROTONIC® Master Trainers who worked directly with Juliu Horvath to develop the foundational syllabus used worldwide. With a distinguished 20-year career as a principal dancer with LINES Ballet and extensive teaching experience, she specializes in helping clients overcome challenging injuries through the GYROTONIC® method.

To be eligible for this course, participants must hold the following certification:
- GYROKINESIS® Level 1 Certification
