Course Overview:
GYROTONIC® Applications of the Fascial Body is an interactive course focused on holding space, observing connectivity, recapturing resonance, recoiling energy, fascinating histology and expansive bio-mechanics within the GYROTONIC® method. This intensive three-day course, taking place from September 26-28, 2025 at Iso Fit in Central, Hong Kong, gives teachers the means to deepen their knowledge about the interaction between the GYROTONIC® method’s vocabulary and fascial training.
In a supportive group setting, workshop participants will hone their vocabulary and evaluation skills while learning to identify fundamental fascial patterns through structured assessments of the human body, including anatomy, biomechanics and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation principles. Participants will learn to pinpoint physical efforts, increase training selections and build upon concepts they’ve already used in their classes.
Master Trainer Irene J. Rampino, MFA, MSPT brings over 30 years of movement expertise as both a Physical Therapist and Movement Specialist. As inspiration for developing this course, Irene shares:
