In January 2025, we ran a rewards point promotion. If you attended sessions in Jan 2025, you earned points! These are valid for 6 months, so make sure to use them before then!

What are reward points?

Iso Fit reward points are part of the Iso Fit rewards programme. Earn Iso Fit reward points with every purchase that you make at Iso Fit during the specified promotion period, (1 Iso Fit point = HK$1) that can be used towards paying for their next package.

How do I see my reward points?

You will need to login to your Mindbody account in a web browser (the App does not show reward point information. Please make sure to go to “My Info” and “Account”. The information will be displayed at the bottom of the page.

How do I redeem my reward points?

Points can be used towards any purchase of sessions/packages at Iso Fit.
Reward points can be redeemed in consumer mode when you are logged into the Mindbody system on a web browser. Points cannot be redeemed through the Mindbody app, Mindbody business app, or your branded mobile app. When making purchases at Iso Fit, we can also redeem the point for you.

Do my Reward Points Expire?

This depends on the sepcific promotion period. Make sure to check the terms and conditions of each promotion – some reward points will have an expiry date built in. In your account details, it will show the expiry date of your reward points (if applicable).

From January 1 – January 31, 2025, every session or package you purchase at Iso Fit will earn you Reward Points! For every HK$20 spent, you’ll earn reward points equivalent to 1 HK$. These points go directly into your MindBody account and can be used towards future Iso Fit package purchases.

Validity: 1st Jan 2025 to 31st January 2025

Terms and conditions:

  • Earn 1 Reward Point for every HK$20 spent  during the promotion period 01 Jan 2025 to 31 Jan 2025 
  • Points conversion: 1 Point = 1HKD but are not redeemable in cash
  • Points can be used towards any purchase of sessions/packages at Iso Fit.
  • Points will expire after 6 months. 
  • Promotion ends on the 31st January 2025.​
  • All Iso Fit Terms and Conditions of enrollment apply – In case of dispute, the decision of Iso Fit will be final.
